Success with cryotherapy on genital / grion region?

Success with cryotherapy on genital / grion region?

Hi, I am 29yr old male. Likely contracted the virus in mid June and first noticed the lesions on the first week of July and immediately started cryo in the GP office.

I have had 4 sessions and will have another this coming Monday and I do think the lesion count is starting to slow down with most reacting very well to cryo but the ones on my penis & ballsack needing a 2nd round.

However I have noticed some early very small ones spreading to my stomach and also noticed this new microscopic one on my pubic area which is in the attached photo.

My question is though from people’s experience when will cryo catch up with the viral cycle or would I seem close considering I’m now on high alert and catching them when they’re smaller?

Really finding it tough thinking that this could last for a year or so although I try tell myself that my immune system will keep me close to the 6 month mark of cryo can’t keep up.

I had been so active and healthy with triathlon and marathon spec training however this has completely knocked my confidence and I feel if I keep going with endurance activities I’m only creating an ideal environment for spreading. So no I pretty much just walk and my sleep is shit.

I have been supplementing with probiotic, zinc, vit c, vit d magnesium and calcium since the week after I found the lesions so probably 6 weeks on them.

Would really love to hear some positive stories of people in a similar situation
