I remember reading a fic on ao3 a while ago, where it was a V3 talent swap...I remember I think the world was virtual, and that the killing game was restarted and talents swapped because the plot of V3 wasn't approved by the test audience. So, the talents were swapped and restarted the world for the plot to happen.

Kaede: Child Caregiver
Tenko: Robot
Rantaro: Inventor
Tsumugi: Surpreme Leader
