Hi all,. I (35M) am in a slightly strange position in that I currently live with my partner (33F) in a home that she owns and has no mortgage. For work reasons, I need to provide a legal document to evidence that I live there. Whilst I have utility bills and council tax with my name on, work also require one of 4 things: Mortgage documents (which we don't have), Deeds (my name is not on them), Ground rent (we don't pay), and a tenancy agreement. It is the latter which I need help.

I currently pay my partner nothing to live there, we split bills of course. Is it possible to create a tenancy agreement whereby I don't pay anything and the end date is unspecified? Who would normally draft something like this?
