How long should you wait to do mdma again? I took some last week and I figured I'd have to wait a t least a couple weeks but I'm not sure. Thanks in advance!!

I take suboxone and tapered down from 8mg to 2mg over about 3 weeks and took some today. I took some today and I felt it but not a full roll which I understand but it was sooooo amazing I want to do it again but know a tolerance is built quickly. Thanks!!
