Energy issues

Hello I am a college student that has just finished finals and is starting summer vacation. During finals week I haven't been sleeping all too well. And now I feel like no matter how much I sleep I will probably feel awake for only about a few hours. How do I fix this and what supplements should I take?

Also I eat enough protein and fiber and do exercise, or at least whenever I can.
