What’s this stuff growing in my week old lake jar ecosystem?

It’s been about a week since I made this and yesterday this started what is it?

Is this lighting good for ecosystem in a jar from lake

I made it yesterday and have already seen a little algae growth. The jar Dosent get hot from the bulb and the creatures seem ok. Just wanna get some tips and or recommendations thanks (first timer btw)
