newbie seeking advice from seniors

I got 62 percentile in jee not too good around 6 lakh rank i want to do civil eng by seeing last years cutoff i would get adgip should i take it or not the crowd doesnt matter to me as i have seen worse i live near shahdara so same crowd wont bug me. Should i join it is civil eng good here??

Got 62 percentile in jee mains and compartment in boards

hellow fellow ops before you jump right after me let me clarify i was severely hospitalized during the exams. Okay so i scored 62 percentile in jee mains and sadly got a comp in boards ill easily pass the comp but im shit scared about the ip board criteria which is 55 percent in pcm , and can anyone guide me that in 62 percentile is civil engineering possible?? Thankyou fellow redditors 🫠
