So, in :re Kaneki says to Touka that the first time she said his name was in that alley when he said he'd be sad if she died (thats in chapter 18). I went back to the first manga to find the scene and I CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE. i feel like im going crazy. I literally remember Kaneki saying at some point "thats the first/second time you say my name" or something like that and then walking away, and I even remember REPLAYING THAT IN MY MIND because i shipped them so bad back then. I have to sleep and I've been awake for hours trying to find it. have I been that gaslighted by my memory? mandela effect or something? please someone help me!
