Officer intake potential
Hi all,
Ive read most of the previous threads and as everyone seems to be in a slight haze with how recruitments working (ik youre not supposed to exactly know when officer FSBs are). I’ve passed my AIB for pilot and have my CBAT soon, but I’m thinking of swapping to warfare to get in sooner, as I’ve just left sixth form but understand there’s a backlog for warfare.
would anyone know if it’s harder to pass AIB for pilot than other roles or is it of equal scoring?
my CA said I might have a better chance of competitive selection if they’re going for diversity in the officer intake if they’re wanting a more female uptake, but wondered if swapping to warfare would make my AIB score more competitive in the pool of applicants or if it would make little difference.
