Advice on installing EVSE

Hello, looking for advice on installing an EV charging station but I have an issue. The breaker is full, but there already exists a 240v breaker for an electric oven. The breaker is in the garage and the oven is 2 rooms away connected by hardwire that runs through an attic that reaches from the garage to the kitchen. What would be a good way of connecting both the oven and the EVSE to the same breaker? I would likely only be charging the car in the middle of the night (like 1am-8am) when the oven will be inactive anyway. I am also looking for a solution that is "portable" (portable in this case means at least somewhat easily reversible) as we are going to be moving within the next year and would like to take the equipment with us. I have looked at the simpleswitch which is quite expensive and neocharge which is not hard-wireable to my knowledge. My brother had the idea to disconnect the oven from the breaker, wire it to a Nema 14-50 connector on the breaker side, wire an outlet from where the oven was disconnected on the breaker to the side of the breaker, then plug the switcher into that outlet with the oven and EVSE. Does anybody know the viability of that? Would the wire leading from the oven then have to be run through conduit? Thank you in advance :)
