I’m having a grand time with chronic pain due to hEDS and ankylosing spondylitis. I twisted my ankle and sprained the heck out of it and tore the tendon on the outer portion of my ankle. I’m in a healthcare program and about to start doing 40 hours/week in a hospital on my feet all day. I DESPERATELY need a new pair of shoes and was hoping to find something that provides good ankle support and arch support/stability for flat feet/plantar fasciitis. I was thinking something like this, but open to any and all suggestions. Required to be black, would prefer white soles but at this point, I may be looking for a unicorn.
