Problems installing gas hose
Hi! Just got myself an ooni koda 2, and have so far been unable to install the gas hose according to the instructions. After dipping the hose in boiled water for 20-30 seconds, I can quite easily get it on the first half, but after that is seems completely impossible. As you can see in the picture, the last bit of the brass connector is about as wide as the outside of the hose, which to me just does not seem to work with this type of hose. As far as I can see, all the gas hoses that I've seen here in Sweden are 8mm.
The connector that is on the actual regulator is comparable to the first half of the ooni connector, and while it was a very snug fit I could get that side installed properly. I'm wondering if the second half of the ooni connector is there to accomodate varying hose standards, or am I truly supposed to install it all the way in according to the picture?
I did ask at my local hardware warehouse, and the guy thought it would be ok to install the hose at the red line, but I thought I would ask here before I go ahead?
