I hope this isn't too evil for this sub! Mods, feel free to delete if it's not appropriate. I'm not a Satanist or anything, I just like rock n' roll and iconoclastic imagery. The sculpture is made mostly from foam board an foam clay, and everything is covered in paper mache, except for the eyes. The eyes are hollow plastic half-spheres which I've painted half gold and left the other half translucent white; they're mounted on little axles and I can roll them up or down, so they're gold during the daytime but then white and lit up at night.

Small black cat on Scout Island

Posting in case anyone is missing a small black cat. I've seen him or her twice on Scout Island in the last week: this morning by the blue alligator sculpture, and a few days ago near where the pier used to be, where there are just wooden posts sticking out of the water. I'm going to start bringing snacks out there in case I see him or her again!

Three abandoned young chickens if anyone wants 'em

These critters appeared yesterday and are still there today. I walk past here every day and they were never there before. They approached me and followed me a bit so they're definitely not totally wild. They're hanging around not far from the playground that's near the footbridge to Scout Island; see second pic for map.
