Can scions of the storm be used multiple times in the same phase? I was playing a game with my Stormcast and I interpreted the rule to let me use it as many times as I want within the phase. So for example, if I had 3 units in the Celestial Realm, I thought the rule let me use the ability up to 3 times in the same movement phase, which was what I wanted to do. However, I got into a debate with my friend who I was playing against as they interpreted the rule to mean I can only pick one unit for the entire turn. Which interpretation of the rule is correct?

I'm building up my army and wanted to know if the manifestations/endless spells for the Sylvaneth are worth purchasing or not now that the new battletome has been out for a little while. I know that they essentially act as a free unit when summoned but I wanted to know if they're worth purchasing now or later, especially since my friend group is currently planning on playing 1000pt games for now until we all have 2000pt armors. If they are worth getting, which ones seems to be the most popular manifestation?
