Can anyone explain me how virtual army recruiters works? İ don't know much about it but I am curious, cause I am thinking about switching my current recruiter with an army virtual recruiter due to some serious problems that i had with my reccuring station.

İ have an 80 asvab score, no waivers, completed my physical, CT, patas and ECL language test and ready to sign. But like I said, I had some bad experiences with my recruiter and the reccuring station about my target MOS (active duty12T technical engineering). İ was wondering if anyone interested in with this file.
