Silix Shapeware scam.
So I ordered 2 bottoms from silix. To my surprise, which i guess shouldn't have been, its shipped from China. They used SpeedX as the last mile carrier. Anyone that has experienced SpeedX knows chances of getting your order are slim. The package was delivered, to a business. I contacted the business and of course no one ever saw the package, even though it was delivered at the front door. I never got a delivery notification, by the time I realized it was delivered was 3 days later. SpeedX has ZERO customer service. I reached out to Silix, a week later they still refuse to give a refund or resend the package. I have sent photos of my house and the business front, I have sent satellite photos of my address and the business address. Silix states it was delivered to my address....
