Misplaced cheeks filler

Hey guys, I used to have a “cosmetologist” taking care of my face and it was beautifully done . Unfortunately I moved far away and I decided to go to proper (and expensive!!) doctors . I had a bit of nasolabial folds that started showing up and this doctor proposed a cheek filler . I was used to my cosmetologist using a cannula and doing “micropearls” all over . This doctor, for three times the price, simply inserted the needle . 1 ml both side. And boom 3 minutes and the treatment was over . No face studying no nothing . Its been a month and im stressing instead of a youthful baby face I have now and ultrasculpted face with two ping pong balls as cheeks, really high placed making my lower face looking sunken in and skinny (which I’m not).

I’m desperate , I don’t have money to waste in any more touch ups as of now and I don’t even know if I should dissolve or add more on the lower side . I didn’t contact the provider as I tried to initially and she brushed me off and said it looks beautiful (one side is even more high then the other mind you!!)

Do you know of a DIY way to try and soften/ melt the filler away ?

Thank you so much
