Is this asthma?
First of all, I know that checking up with a doctor is the prior solution and I already did.
Lately I ve noticed that my breathing sometimes gets heavy, especially in smoking areas, it gets really bad especially after i get out from there, but when I say really bad, it’s very uncomfortable while if I make a full breathe it s not blocked it s done, i have no wheezing and like 0 aother symptoms of asthma except for this, and sometimes i get little hard breathing for unknown reason, im allergic to dust so maybe it’s developping( its not horrible it s just uncomfortable)
This is really new to me because i myself used to smoke now i can’t even sit in a smoking area, could this still be asthma?
Around 8 months ago, i had a little irritation in my throat and took foracort for months and I got well, and now it’s happening again, the doctor i visited did a spirometry on me but my breathing wasnt too bad at that moment.
But once I get out of a smoking area, it’s really bad like im very uncomfortable as I said but it s a bit confusing because I can make a full breathe.
