GP lead jabs?
My gp has approved monjaro for me. I'm borderline with BMI of 29.4 but my bloods showed I have high cholesterol so she said to go ahead and try it.
But I'm so worried about the cost, she wants me to start by having a weight loss consult where the nurse shows me how to inject. This is 70 a session and I have to show up in person every month for it to weigh in. It's giving weight watchers vibes where you stand on the scales so it's freaked me out.
Im a solo mom, I feel so bad about spending at the best of times.
Should I stick with gp or you all have mentioned myBMI, I'd have to start from scratch with them wouldnt I, or could I get my gp to write a letter or something saying they approved it?
