Ugh (Rant)
Long time Reddit lurker here. So I graduated with a bachelors degree in criminal justice in 2025. I have since had to move back home to save some money, but there’s not really anything in my field in the city that I live in. I currently work part-time in retail, and I have been trying to get a full-time job to be able to get more money along with a part-time job. I have sent in plenty of applications and have only heard back from a few places. I do apply directly on the websites, but most I have been ghosted by. I had an interview for a full-time retail position that I unfortunately did not get. I’m sorry this is a long rant, but is there anything that I can do or say that’ll get me better chances of getting a full-time job even if it’s not in my field at the moment?
