Im thinking of getting my bike licence and i want a scooter i really like the kymco down town 150cc but what i want to know if its ok to travel one of those up and down the new norfolk highway?

Im thinking of getting a powerful escooter purely for range it seems the higher power ones have the best range of 150km plus seems great but i dont know if im going have much trouble with police. And also there is always the temptation to open it up if you get my drift has anyone else had any trouble?
