No mow seed mix?

My well meaning (but extremely irritating nonetheless) neighbour took it upon himself to mow our front patch of grass today, taking the few flowers and dandelions that have thus far survived the drought.

My question now is, is there a bee-friendly no mow seed mix that people would recommend? I’m thinking something that contains clover and creeping thyme, as well as being drought resistant.

TIA

Wisteria

I’ve inherited a mature garden and am still in the process of learning what’s there (I’m pretty much a novice gardener). I discovered a wisteria today that’s in the middle of a flower bed, the vines are laying over two other shrubs.

Can I transplant a wisteria, if so shall I do this after it’s finished flowering? Or, shall I find some sort of rigging for it? I could get a trellis into the ground behind it to lash it to.
