Critique my $6k DIY Sim Plan (Full Price Breakdown Included)
Looking for some feedback on my planned sim for my pole barn build this fall. I appreciate it!
I have 16 ft ceilings and have a space about 13 ft wide where this will fit well. The plan is to have a 10H x 13W x 6D enclosure with a 13’x13’ hitting/putting mat. Will plan on swinging from about 9-10 ft from the screen in the center and will cut out a section for a hitting strip and probably a few shallow putting holes in the corners. The projector will mount 2 ft out from the top of the enclosure to give a full 3:4 ratio. TV with computer will be off to the side on a wheeled cart to be able to adjust as needed.
Take a look and please let me know what looks good and what I should rethink. Hoping to Black Friday sales and have it done by Christmas. Thank you!
