Tata Altroz 2021 XE Rhythm 50K driven 2nd Owner

Kindly suggest what price should I buy this Tata Altroz 2021 model XE Rhythm (Almost base) Petrol model. 50k km already driven. It is a second owner and I will be 3rd owner. The owner got ut serviced outside Tata Service centre so not much service record is available.

Owner has quoted 4lakh. Should I quote lower than this?

Guys in Thane: Don’t ignore obvious dating app red flags

Warning for guys using Bumble/Hinge in Thane — noticed a strange Happy Valley pattern

Matched with a girl recently who very quickly shifted the conversation toward drinking and insisted on meeting only around Happy Valley / Manpada side.

I mentioned that I’m new to Thane and asked if we could instead meet around Majiwada, but she completely refused.

What felt off:
- very fast push to meet
- specific insistence on one location only
- conversation style felt oddly transactional/scripted
- zero flexibility on changing venue

The reason I’m posting this is because something VERY similar happened with another Bumble match around 2 months ago — again pushing only Happy Valley side.

Maybe it’s coincidence and I’m overthinking, but it started feeling like one of those dating-app/bar scam setups where people try to bring you to a particular location.

Just posting this so other guys stay alert and don’t ignore obvious red flags.

Are some South Mumbai “iconic” places surviving only on reputation now?

Today I experienced South Mumbai for the first time as a proper tourist, and honestly… I came back confused.

Started with Cafe Mondegar. Had a trolley bag because I was travelling. They refused entry—which is totally fair if that’s policy—but the way it was communicated felt unnecessarily rude. Even after I politely said I’m visiting and really wanted to experience the place… straight up “No.”

Then taxi drivers—same vibe. No warmth, no courtesy, very transactional.

Then went to Delhi Darbar expecting legendary Mumbai hospitality… expensive place, but washrooms weren’t clean, service felt unpolished, staff didn’t seem trained, hygiene felt questionable.

Genuine question for Mumbaikars:

Is South Mumbai’s “old money / no-nonsense” vibe supposed to feel like this… or are some iconic places simply running on legacy and reputation now?

Because honestly, I’ve got better hospitality in rest of Mumbai😅
