Video is few weeks old. First time hitting the bag since November last year. Legs felt heavy, hands felt slow, lungs felt rigor mortised. I see lots wrong. But let me know what you guys see too.

A lot has changed over the last year. I'm still not where I want to be but looking back over my old pictures sure makes you realize the progress!

I've put some of the weight back on. But seeing these old pictures has kicked my arse back to the gym starting tomorrow 😂 I ain't ever going back.
