Hi, I’ll be a master’s student at NTUST with a monthly budget of around 26-27k NTD. I’m looking at small studios in Yonghe/Qizhang/Xindian/Dapinglin on 591, mostly around 10-13k NTD. Are these places usually real and livable, or should I expect hidden costs or problems?

My rough budget is 10-13k rent, 9k food, 1.2k utilities, 1.2k TPASS, 600 phone, and 826 NHI. Is this manageable to live?
