Infimobile "excessive usage"

I found this great looking deal for $52/year cell service with 5GB/mo data, unlimited talk/text. But in less than two months, Infimobile has emailed several times, and even temporarily deactivated me, because of "higher-than-usual" SMS usage. I barely use SMS, and I'd estimate I send around 15 messages a week, only to friends and to unsubscribe to political PAC texts.

Has anyone had a similar experience or knows how to stop this? I don't want to get deactivated again, but I really don't understand what's triggering their alarms.

(Obviously not continuing with this provider much longer, with the way it's going.)

US or UK, 4,000/3,000 USD

LAPTOP QUESTIONNAIRE

Country

Fine with any except Israel and UAE.

Budget

Up to 4,000 USD, and up to 3,000 USD. Any currency at equivalent price is fine.

Are you open to refurbs/used options?

Yes, I might even prefer it slightly.

Screen size

Minimum 15.6", but bigger is better.

Weight limit

Don't care, as long as it's portable.

Purpose

Heavy statistical/analytical and code processing for academic research.

Form factor

2-in-1.

Intended usage

I will be using some Linux Debian derivative and constantly running Stata, Python, and R, including with large datasets and complex operations. My current laptop with 16GB RAM and Intel i7 10th gen CPU often gets overloaded. Unsurprisingly, they work perfectly on a remote connection to a system with Intel Xeon Platinum and 32-64GB RAM, if that matters. I couldn't care less about game graphics, though I want videos and web browsing even on god-awful, tracker-filled, useless crap-filled websites like LinkedIn to display fast and smoothly (it's not as smooth as other websites on my current laptop even with aggressive DNS and uBO blocking).

Desired battery life

Don't care

Please list, in order of most important to least important, the priority between Size, Weight, Performance, Battery life

  1. Performance (particularly for coding and statistical processing),
  2. Screen size,
  3. Don't care about the other things as much.

Info/Requirements

Absolutely need: 2-in-1, minimum 32GB RAM, minimum 15.6" screen. For ethical reasons (BDS), I'd only buy Dell, HP, or Intel if it's second-hand/used/refurbished; anything else is fine new or second-hand.

Hoping for: capable CPU for multithreading and parallel runs, 144Hz+ and 1440p+ non-reflective screen, 1080p+ webcam, USB-C, 1+ TB SSD.
