How to create a political campaign for a player?

I don't mean a D&D campaign with political elements. I have a player who used to be a noble but was stripped of his nobility by corrupt officials. So he's trying to regain his nobility. I think it would be awesome to give him the opportunity to run for a political office in a new kingdom. I want this to be meaningful, and more than just a string of skill checks. How could I go about making this work?

I'm open to all ideas. I don't know what sort of position it would be, so give ideas if you have any.

Party got a pet dragon. How do I play it?

So yesterday my party had a battle in a museum where a necromancer brought all the dinosaurs to life. The museum also had a petrified dragon egg which the necromancy spell restored the dragon egg. The party is deciding whether to sell the egg or keep it.

If they keep it, how do I play it? Obviously it's not gonna be a full grown dragon at any point in this campaign. But do I let it fight? Do I leave it as just a pet? What would yall do and are there any fun things that could be done with a pet baby dragon.

If curious, it's a white dragon egg.

I know that men can enjoy any romance novels, but I was wondering if there are any good ones that might have more of what a guy looks for in a relationship.

I would also like to read something set around the mid 1900s. Something like The Notebook minus the cheating. Something cute and wholesome. (I just read 1984 and need something that isnt dark lol). Preferably a clean romance, but if a book sounds good enough and has a couple NSFW scenes, I'll live.
