Monopoly GO refuses to fix THEIR OWN GLITCH — 1 sticker away from finishing 😭
I’ve played for years, spent hundreds of pounds, I’m literally 1 sticker away from completing my album — Out of Huff.
I used a Wild Card, the game FROZE / GLITCHED (agent confirmed this is a KNOWN ISSUE!), and because two stickers have almost identical names (both end in “House”), I got mixed up and lost the one I needed.
Support agent Russ said:
✅ “I get how sudden freezes affect gameplay — this is a known issue we are fixing”
✅ Gave me 150 dice (admitting the game is broken)
❌ BUT REFUSES to give me the missing sticker, even though it’s the game’s fault.
Is this how you treat loyal, paying players? I didn’t make a mistake — your game did.
