Salary expectations - Java backend after returning back from Germany

I have worked 1.5 years in india and 2 years in germany. Recently got laid off and planning to return back to India, given my wife is also in India and her CA career has more opportunities in India than Germany.
What should be my salary expectations for a role of Java backend or Full stack in ? I am attaching my CV below for the reference.

Tell me the ranges i can expect in Startups, Middle size and corporates.

Terminated during probation in Germany via Adobe Sign — is this legally valid? (Blue Card holder, urgent)

Hi everyone,

I’m an Indian software engineer living in Germany on a Blue Card and could really use some advice regarding my current situation.

I was terminated during my probation period by a German IT consulting company, with only 17 days left in probation. The reason given was “insufficient German language skills” for client-facing consulting work.We have complete remote working culture.

What confuses me is that:
- I never received any formal warning
- No structured feedback or improvement plan was provided
- I was already attending weekly German classes on my own initiative
- I even gave a presentation in German in front of 50+ participants from a large German enterprise software company

Now the legal part gets interesting.

The termination was sent to me only through Adobe Acrobat Sign (electronic signature). My ARAG lawyer told me that under §623 BGB, a termination in Germany must be in written form with a physical handwritten signature. So far, I have not received any physical letter by post.

Because of that, I’m wondering:
- Is the termination currently legally invalid (“formunwirksam”)?
- Under §130 BGB, does the notice period only begin once I physically receive a properly signed paper letter?

Current situation:
- Employment end date mentioned: 27.05.2026
- No physical letter received yet
- Adobe document itself wasn’t even signed by hand
- ARAG legal insurance is active
- I’m on a Blue Card, so losing the job also affects my residence status
- I recently got married, and my wife’s family reunification visa process is currently on hold because of this

Other things I’ve already done:
- Registered with Arbeitsagentur
- Requested my Arbeitszeugnis via email
- Have not signed or formally acknowledged the termination

Has anyone dealt with something similar in Germany, especially as a Blue Card holder or expat employee? Any advice or experiences would really help.

Thanks in advance.
