[HIRING] Remote Appointment Setter - High Earning Potential
Virtual Blue is looking for a confident and reliable appointment setter to speak with consumers who have requested information about retirement and annuities.
This is not random cold calling. You’ll contact inbound leads, qualify their interest and financial situation, and schedule qualified prospects for Zoom consultations with licensed annuity professionals.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with inbound annuity leads
- Build rapport with prospects, primarily adults aged 55+
- Ask qualification questions about retirement goals and investable assets
- Schedule qualified prospects on advisors’ calendars
- Confirm appointments and help improve show rates
- Handle objections professionally
- Maintain accurate notes in GoHighLevel
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English
- Clear, confident, and professional phone presence
- Comfortable speaking with older U.S. consumers
- Available during U.S. calling hours
- Reliable internet, computer, headset, and quiet workspace
- Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up
- Previous appointment-setting or phone-sales experience
Experience with annuities, insurance, financial services, or GoHighLevel is preferred.
Scripts, training, leads, CRM access, and calling systems are provided.
Compensation
We’re open to either a performance-based structure with payment per qualified booking or a base salary plus performance bonuses. The specific structure will be agreed upon based on your experience, availability, and preferred arrangement.
