Hi, have a quick question for people who do travel planning for a living.

I'm trying to figure out the cleanest way to handle tours for clients because some people want full help and some want to browse on their own. I keep seeing advice that sounds nice in theory, but in real life it turns into a mess fast (at least in my head).

I want to hear how you handle it, what works best, and what you avoid.
