25F, Feeling stuck in career and life.
Born on 15 Aug 2000, 10 in morning in Kanpur UP.
Hi I am 25 year old female postgraduate since 2024 and i have been trying to find oppourtunities for me but nothing is happening. I have been feeling stuck and stagnant. I want to do phd from abroad... there is something very weird. Things are not happening for me. I am not able.to understand what to do ... is this even a good option? Am i wasting my time. And from past few months my relation with family have also been not very good. I feel there is so much anger and frustration is residing within me. I feel underconfident.
Life is really messy right now ... should i give just prepare for csir jrf to get phd in India only and stop aiming that high or i should give up phd dream alltogether and change my line. Csir is very competitive ... i do not want to get stuck in that horrible exam.
And also last year my 7yr old relationship also got ended ... which made me attend 10 day course of vipassna .... but i am not able to do vipassna at home.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO... SOMEBODY PLEASE GUIDE ME.
