Just received my second VA decision for my ulcerative colitis/Chrons and looking for guidance on next steps and potential reasoning behind the rating

This is my second time around filing for disability compensation for my ulcerative colitis diagnosis right after I finished basic training. Submitted all my medical records including my diagnosis of Ulcerative colitis and was granted a service connection with zero percent.
Upon my second submission. I included a personal statement that goes over my abdominal pain and frequency of bowel movements that include loose stool along with frequency of heart palpitations from this, a buddy letter from someone in my unit, my current outpatient treatment for infusions (immunosuppressants) to treat this on a monthly basis from my primary care doctor. A direct letter from my doctor. Heart monitor results showing I had a run of Tachycardia during that timespan of being monitored, and a second colonoscopy result showing my ulcerative colitis is now an undifferentiated form of UC and Chrons and has gotten worse.

I just received a decision and was granted 10% after my second submission. I’m at a point where I feel like it would be useless to submit a supplemental claim, and may just go for the higher level review option. If you guys have any questions or input, feel free to comment. Just feel very hopeless at this point and would love to hear some input from the community on what next steps would be most suitable for someone in my position. Thank you.
