we live in a small community. I didn’t witness it but a kid said he was walking through my yard and both dogs bit him.

he has marks, my dogs for sure bark at people in the yard, they’ve never bit anyone before (been here 5 years)

we let them out without supervision for periods to pee ( we live on half acre)

this kid is a forgein exchange student and I’m wondering if someone can give me advice on how bad I can be sued. He was trespassing, no prior aggression and no stitches the bites look more like scratches.
