I want to get bring some dharwad peda back to home, but there are so many shops with big mishra name. Where is the best place to buy this and what other sweets i should try??

Can i substitute a discipline elective that i failed with another one, without getting the backlog mark in the grade sheet?

Or can i clear the discipline elective first with make up exam and do 1 more discipline elective later. Will the later 1 be considered instead of the E grade one?
