Bleeding After Years on The Pill/ After orgasm
i’m on the daysee extended cycle (12 weeks) combined birth control pill and i’ve noticed more and more frequent spotting way before it’s time for a period these last few packs. Spotting will last 1/2-2 days and sometimes stop and come back and happens usually 1-3 times a month. i’ve been on it for 4.5 years now and went the first 2 without that ever happening once and now it’s happened far more often in the last 9 months. I have horrible periods so i haven’t wanted to switch or get off the pill because it’s technically worse that way.
I also have been experience spotting and cramping directly after clitoral orgasm for around 3 months now, which has caused issues.
i’m wondering what may cause this, i am not pregnant and do not have/ have never had any STDs that would be causing this
