Salesforce NPC Resources
My org transitioned from NPSP to NPC, and it's been chaotic. The person who completed the transition didn't provide any information about the newer features available to us and when asked, the response I've gotten is that there isn't information available to them, so they're doing the best they can. While that does seem to be true--I haven't been able to find much easy-to-understand documentation or best practices--it's made it difficult to ensure I'm following processes that ensure easy reporting.
Does anyone have experience with NPC and resources they could share? Specifically for fundraising and grants management. I'm trying to get a handle on things before our next fiscal year.
