Legs stop functioning and fall down
This morning I got up from the breakfast table, wald about 15 feet. Walked back and my legs stopped functioning and I fell down. I got back up 15 min later. Could walk but still not fully functioning. Are there any of you who have had my experience. This not POTS, as I don't get tachycardia or balance issues. And I am fine lying on the floor . I would love recommendations on how to avoid. It has happened 5btimes over a 3 year period.
