Consolidated Affitdavit FFCOA div 2

I'm self repping and submitted multiple affitdavits without leave (didn't know the rules) the registrar at the last hearing ordered a consolidated affitdavit.

This is a parenting matter only not financial.

Now can anyone tell me, how strict is the 10page and 5 annexure limit is on affidavits? I'd like to rely on more annexures. But I don't want to break anymore rules.

Also I'm concerned the other side may say because I filed multiple affitdavits and now I'm going to file a consolidated affitdavit they may ask for costs? Is this likely?

Also can I change the wording slightly on the consolidation affitdavit or it is a copy paste kinda job?

Appreciate any help

Family Law costs awarded... Under what circumstances

I am currently going through a parenting case through the FCFCOA . I'm the applicant and have only just finished the directions hearing and self repping.

I don't have money for a lawyer and have had bad experiences with legal aid and have just been using chatgpt for help with affitdavits, correspondence and other filings. However I've come to realise some of the advice I've been getting hasn't been entirely correct from chatgpt.

From anyone who's got experience what constitutes a costs order, I'm concerned because so far I've made some mistakes. The other side are seeking costs in there orders and that kinda freaks me out when I've so far done the following

  1. Filed multiple affitdavits without seeking leave

  2. Have referenced without predjudice emails in an affitdavit

  3. Have been talking like a lawyer being a bit of a smart ass to the other parties legal representatives

And my other question if the orders given are similar to the respondents orders do I have to pay costs?

In short what would someone have to do to get a costs order in family law?
