I had large lump on my left testicle for years, i didn’t pay attention to it or didn’t want to pay attention to it from fear, but these last few months i think it has enlarged small bit and both of my testicles started feeling a little uncomfortable, last few weeks ive had tingles run through my lower abdomen, lump isn’t painful or hard to touch though

Im just kinda scared and don’t know what to do or how to even make an appointment to get checked, i don’t want to ask my parents because my family member is going through chemo and i don’t want to scare them if it’s nothing, i just want advice to what to do
