2017 CRV - Limp Mode - Dash Lights

Hi everyone, looking for some advice from people more experienced with these CRVs.

I inherited my 2017 CRV about 2 months ago and honestly I love the vehicle so far. However I’ve been dealing with an issue since shortly after getting the vehicle.

Since I’ve owned it the Emissions Systems Problem warning comes and goes. One thing I’ve noticed is that it often disappears after filling up with a fresh tank of gas but eventually comes back. When the warning is present the vehicle sometimes sounds a little rough on startup.

Flash forward to today. All the dash warning lights started flashing and the vehicle went into what felt like limp mode and wouldn’t go over about 30mph. I’ve attached a video from today showing what happened.

My first thought was possibly the alternator but the battery is brand new. After doing some reading I’m seeing a lot of discussion about fuel injector issues on this generation CRV and now I’m wondering if that could explain:

-The recurring Emissions System Error
-Rough startup when the warning is active
-Today’s limp mode / power loss

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I appreciate any insight!
