Switching host agency

I am slowly getting ready to switch host agency.

What happens to my accounts with the suppliers? Will I need to restart with each one or will I be able to transfer my account to fall under the new host?

Any guidance on how the back end with each supplier will be like in this transition would be greatly appreciate.

Some suppliers I work with for context are Disney and carnival.

Is it me?

From 2021–2024, I had no trouble getting job interviews and actually received offers from them. Since HELPS came out, I’ve had maybe a handful of interviews and zero offers.

I’m not sure if it’s a past employment situation, HELPS itself, or some combination of both. But, I’m honestly close to giving up on staying with the State. My current income isn’t sustainable, and my agency doesn’t have much room for career or promotional growth. If there’s no path for upward mobility, I have to start looking at the private sector. Which we all know isn’t looking much better either.

So my question is: has anyone else noticed a difference in getting interviews before HELPS versus after? I’m just trying to see if it’s a me thing or a general issue.
