32m I stopped taking my prozac randomly just because I was feeling fine and just kind of forgot. And then I had a surgery coming off so I stayed off even longer because I didn’t want to take it because of the sedation. And now yesterday I took a 20mg pill and now today I’m feeling all weird and wavy in the head and dizzy kind of and my face is like cold and tingling somewhat and it’s scaring me. Should I take another pill today or should I just stop taking it completely. I don’t want like serotonin syndrome or something to happen?

32 m I had stopped taking my Prozac for a little while because I was having a procedure done on the 11th and I was nervous about the sedation and medication. So I haven’t taken it for some time and yesterday I took my 20mg and now today I’m feeling all weird and wavy and I just started having some weirds feelings and was freaking out a little bit. My face was feeling cold and tingling and hands as well and my head just feels all weird and out of it like I’m on drugs. Is that normal for starting back up again because I’m tempted to just stop taking it because I was doing fine without it and I don’t like taking the medication in the first place.

Thickening of esophagus
32 m I had a ct with contrast of the chest and it showed Small hiatal hernia with mild distal esophageal wall thickening. I went to the Gastro yesterday and he said could be caused by reflux or inflammation or cancer. He was listing all the things but it made me nervous him even saying that. I am getting an upper endoscopy in August to investigate further but I've been anxious ever since I went to the doctor. I have had a ENT scope down my throat and it showed signs of reflux. How likely could it be do be cancer if the ct report
