Need opinions on my new Gym / Streetwear & grow the brand

I recently launched my own Gym x Streetwear brand, DAIMUSŌ, and I'm looking for some honest feedback and advice from people who have built clothing brands, online stores, or communities before.

My goal is to create premium apparel that can be worn both in and out of the gym, combining gym wear functionality with modern streetwear aesthetics.
I have recently launched my website and my first product is now available: a premium snow washed oversized T shirt made from heavyweight 250 GSM cotton. I've spent a lot of time working on the branding, product design, website, and overall customer experience, but I'm now at the stage where I need to start building an audience and generating my first sales.
At the moment I have:
• A live Shopify website
• Product photography and branding assets
• Social media accounts set up
• My first product ready for sale
What I'm struggling with is gaining visibility and building a community from scratch.
For those of you who have successfully launched a clothing brand or ecommerce business:
• How did you get your first 10 to 100 customers?
• What marketing channels worked best for you?
• Is organic TikTok still the best place to focus for a new clothing brand?
• Would you recommend influencer marketing, paid ads, or community building first?
• What would you do if you were launching a brand today with a limited budget?
