Flying tomorrow DUB-CLE on the A321LR and absolutely terrified

I’ve been terrified of flying the last 10 years or so. In the last 12 months I’ve flown to and from the states 5 times with Virgin mostly and once with delta. The Virgin planes are lovely and the staff are so welcoming and kind and that British charm from the pilots give me that comfort to get me through. This is my first time flying across the Atlantic with Aer Lingus on the narrow body and it’s making me freak out to the point I’m not sure if I can even go through with it. I figured the more I fly the more I’d get comfortable with it. But I’ve lost my head with this one.

Me (UK) and my fiance (US) applied in November last year for the K1 visa, after this I visited for two weeks over Christmas with no problems. Since then we’ve been waiting it out. I have a few weeks to take off work and obviously would like to go over and see her for a few weeks. I’m looking at end of may for 3-4 weeks. Will there be any issues with this? I’m seeing mixed advice online. Am I better going from Dublin (pre-clearance) and a lot of people mention showing ‘ties’ to home? What would this be? Obviously I have my job but I recently sold up and moved back in with my mum whilst we wait. So other than proof of work and a return ticket, what else? Or is that enough?

Appreciate any feedback you may have ☺️
