Worst episode of pvcs

I have had heart palpitations and what I assume are PVCs for 10 years now. I have been to the cardiologist and every test was normal. They said that they might just be PVCs. However, today I had a really bad episode. As I was getting off my car to enter my house I started getting a flutter in my heart and my head started getting really tight. I felt as if I was going to pass out. It lasted about 5-10 seconds so I got back in my car because I had never felt like that so I thought I was going to need to drive to the hospital. Anyone else felt like this? For the most part these palpitations pass but this one felt unbearable.

Heart Palpitations Advice?

I am a 22 year old male. For about 8-10 years I have been having these heart palpitations that feel like skipped beats, flutters, and thumps. I have them everyday, some days are worse than others with no particular reason. Today at work they were pretty bad as multiple would occur in a minute for my whole shift. I have visited a cardiologist before where they performed a stress test, EKG, holter monitor, and an echocardiogram. Everything was normal which was good but they never gave me a reason for my sensations. They brushed it off cause I’m young. Now, I’m getting a second opinion at a different cardiologist. I don’t know what to do, I feel helpless and unheard. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with these palpitation attacks especially like at work where I have no chance to sit down as I’m standing and moving around my whole shift.
