I hate plantar fasciitis so much

Plantar fasciitis is so frustrating to deal with it because it’s rare in the running and military community. I watched Jake Sweig, and when someone asked him how to deal with plantar fasciitis, he just said “I don’t know. I haven’t saw many people who had plantar fasciitis.” There aren’t as many resources as for shin splints or stress fractures. At least with stress fractures it fully healed after a few months of rest. For plantar fasciitis, I haven’t ran in a year and it isn’t close to healing. I saw so many podiatrists, and they just poke around and tell you to stretch more. I have been in physical therapy for a year and saw zero improvement. It’s just so frustrating to deal with. I wish I had a broken bone instead

How is anyone supposed to be treated when hospitals rush patients in and out?

You have to wait 4 months to see a specialist, and when you do, you get two or three minutes to do everything before the doctor leaves for the next appointment. Then you get billed $500. How do you get treated for anything? I had chronic plantar fasciitis for six years, and it’s hard to get help when the doctor spends half of the appointment poking around and the other half saying to stretch more and come back later. It’s ridiculous. And it doesn’t help that healthcare is more expensive than 5 star hotels when everyone in the healthcare industry is so rude and dismissive. Half of the time when you call the hospital, no one even answers.

Can you become a pilot with keratoconus?

I can’t join the military at all with this. I have been to five recruiters, and they all said I can’t join. One even said they submitted 10 waivers in the past for keratoconus in the past and none got approved. Can I even be a pilot in the civilian world? It’s frustrating for people to scream at me to find another job over something that doctors are clueless in fixing
