I am thinking Gemini or Storm Rack, but I don't have any implants. Right now, my goal is to level up my overdriver to 6 stars

Overdriver 10 tips and stuff
Does anyone know some tips and tricks for Overdriver 10? I have it on Deathwalker with 20 energy, and how much does it cost to upgrade it to 2 weapons(in credits and acoins), not just one? I have it at 5 stars, level 3.
