I'm working on this house portrait and I'm not sure what my next steps should be. My biggest question is how to approach the shrubs that have those little half-circles. How would you stitch these? Something about the house also feels like it's missing something...

I'd love any suggestions you think would work on the rest of the project too. If this was your project, how would you tackle it from here?

EDIT: Should I fill the shrubs or leave as an outline like the house?
